13 Internal Efforts

Out body exists in conformity with the efforts that move it, that generate and modify its energy. These efforts determine the active and passive properties of man, the realization of the 72 sensations and 12 kinds of experiences.

The efforts manifest themselves in relation to the individual nature of the person, depending on the quality and state of his body, in accordance with the space he inhabits, the seasonal and climatic conditions, and the activity of the super-conscious conditions. This is the, so to say, given.

On top of that we have the opportunity to develop additional efforts, which is achieved by modifying the geometry of our body and mind that leads to the generation of a new state of energy circulation. Therefore, from the perspective of efforts, the laws of proportion play the most crucial part in this process (if we take, for example, the task of strengthening or maintaining the super-consciousness, we should understand the law of the axis that nourishes the super-consciousness).

Thus we can have concentration and rhythm, however unless we have proportional conditions we cannot increase, and, most importantly, learn to control the level of the super-frequency. Therefore, once we understand efforts, we must comprehend what kind of conditions are in place for these efforts and what kind of formats of development are they determined by?

Fulfillment

Here the effort is related to the energy qi and we can distinguish between three types of efforts, which are formed according to the ability of our body to posses enough energy. Here we must introduce the notion of volition, which is formed by the excessive energy qi or by its additional burning (by which we do seemingly undesired or impossible actions).

Proportion

The proportion is a condition for creating a matrix model, which can contain all 13 types of efforts (determined by the spatial angles of three-dimensional space) located as if on a scale. Nevertheless, until we have created proportion within the body, we can only mark these 13 levels since they are not yet manifested. When the efforts are manifested, we can operate with them, use them for experiencing certain states, and, most importantly, we can nurture them.

However, only five types of efforts can actually be nurtured: the ones based on the energy qi-jing, jing-qi, jing-shen and shen-jing. Therefore, if we want to understand all efforts that preserve the physical, energetic and mental power, we should know that this is not possible without developing proportion.

Axis

The axis initially rejects physical efforts and uses only one of the mental ones – shen-qi. This effort helps us to manage the mind, the energy, the physical body as well as control super-consciousness. Therefore the axis has four efforts and from the perspective of the axis this is the most powerful constriction that helps us move the physique. However, since this effort excludes physical manifestation, the dissolving of the qi energy requires some time.

Concentration

Concentration is a mental effort that uses the force of the mind. If the proportion are developed, then concentration can be directed at perfecting these proportion, however we actually achieve an initialization of the crystallization of the body. The effort can rely on the axis yet we get a reinforcement of the super-consciousness.

The basic task of concentration is to build the geometry of the brain and perfect the super-frequency nature of man. The three basic energies form two efforts of concentration: shen-qi and shen-shen. Nevertheless, while perfecting your concentration, remember the trap related to super-consciousness, which can lead consciousness into a field where it won’t be able to control anything.

Rhythm

This is the most complicated concept of the efforts since it is based on experience, in other words – on the ability of concentration to work with extemporal processes. The three basic energies presented here are: qi-shen, jing-shen, shen-shen.
