Meditation of the True Maiden aimed at balancing female consciousness. During meditation, the main focus will be on tuning and regulating the condition of the womb of a woman. This meditative work relates to the Daoist tradition, which considers a woman’s body originally as having alchemical properties.
Meditation of the True Maiden is a useful practice for structuring a woman’s path and understanding the principles of deepening the practice.
