The notion of Alchemical body, elaborated within the Daoist tradition, is related to the ability to transform energy – the key aspect of the alchemical Making. It is also very closely associated with the concept of Daoist body. The development of the Alchemical body is a multi-faceted process the essential part of which is the creation and refinement of connectivity. However, the principal task of the Alchemical body is the preparation for the next step: the Cinnabar body.
Program
Removing Strains and Energetic Blockages (Practice)
When developing an Alchemical body it is important to prepare and revivify systematically our physique so that it does not prevent us from perfecting not only the body but the mind as well.
Creating the Mercury Body (Practice)
The art of the Mercury body is the ability to transform the energetic properties of our internal structures which specifically entails the cultivation of:
- Expanding Body (Blood, Lymph);
- Covering Body (Skin);
- Connecting Body (Tendons);
- Changing Body (Muscles);
- Supporting Body (Bones);
- Endocrine System.
