Program

Ausos meditation

The Ausos meditation is the art of keeping the female mind in a state of a goddess. Living in this awakened status can be equaled to the life of the goddess Ostara. Only sustaining her mind in an awakened state can a woman break free of ignorance, greed, impatience and evil. Being internally young and fresh she can plant the seeds of the internal as well as external prosperity and harvest them. To grow, she needs to wake up; to wake up the effort of awakening has to be present.

The Sacral Anatomy of Maiglöckchen

The sacred anatomy of the Lilly of the valley is a structure of a higher level that possesses high levels brightness and pulsation. Deep down it a triple reaction that allows penetration into the middle of the core shell is taking place. The Maiglöckchen sacral anatomy is entwined with the idea of nurturing through amrita and encompasses the preparation for this level. Key objective here is the opening of the nose bridge area.

Freya’s Ritual

The ‘Og det er Frejas sal’ ritual is an embodiment of Freya – the goddess of love and war in the Scandinavian mythology. It connects symbolically the heaven, the earth and the underworld. This ritual is likewise related to the Yggdrasil mythical tree as well as to the god Odin hanging upside down. The Yggdrasil is the central element of the macrocosmic scheme of the Norse and Germanic traditions.

The ritual expresses the mathematical language of the Heavenly city of Asgard, a language of the space situated at the top of the cosmic tree, where, according to the ‘Younger Edda’, there exists a very different rhythm – the breathing of the goddess Freya. Another kind of breathing that strives to take away the roots of the Iggdrasil – the breadth of Loki, changes the rhythms of life and sways the top of the worldly tree.

Freya’s ritual is also a ritual of the Valhalla consciousness which ties the universe through the webs of the different Valkyries. In doing so, it restricts the conditions for birth guided by the Norns – maidens who embody the laws of temporality which rule the earth and the underworld. The ritual is a nectar, dripping off the horns of a deer. It can sustain the life force of the female deities nourished by the dew falling off the Iggdrasil, which is not only a symbol of the Universe, but a scheme of the divine process known as Frei – bearing the same name as the goddess. This is a ritual of the nine worlds, a chance to see and experience them as opposed to just intellectually grasping schemes and happenings. Such means of knowledge binds us within the limitations of the lower world. The upper world – Asgard – is, on the other hand, an ethereal field inhabited by the Norse gods Odin, Thor, Baldr and Freya herself. It is likewise the sphere of Valhalla, where the souls of the brave warriors gather. This is the sixth integral field which also homes Vanaheimr – the dwelling of the older generation of the Scandinavian gods (Vanir).

Alchemy of the Amulet

The principles of the amulets and mascots are related to the art of accumulation and catalysis of power and its conservation in a specific form. Simply put, this is to say that a talisman is a means of power transfer. Although it is a magical and cryptographic alphabet in the first place it is also formed by the principles of energy transformation into a material form.

This process harnesses a directed energetic wave that strengthens the bond with a human being and bestows protection and communication with the otherworld. It goes without saying that the material out of which the talisman is made is fundamental since it conditions its energetic potential. Second comes the symbols and signs that activate and guide a specific energetic potential. Substantially, anything that performs the function of a sign in the described fashion can be considered an amulet. It is important to set specific goals to a given talisman and this involves understanding the level of their spiritual substantiality.

Grasping the Nature of All Things

Each system must rely on a philosophical framework that guides the thought process in one’s quest for knowledge and allows a person to grasp life matters. Philosophy is an analytical tool of crucial value for understanding the two opposites: the clear mind and the blurred one. The latter can be summarized as inability to see a situation from at least three points of view. Whatever our desires, we are unable to explore the world without a certain framework. We could live that way, if we so choose, but any true knowledge presupposes experience along with the ability to dissect and analyze it. Understanding something and grasping life matters are not identical things. Building a certain piece of information into the structure of our thinking (and then the thinking into the structure of knowledge) defines the real ability in the cognition of the universal. Conversely, oppositions could obstruct our power of comparison and knowledge structuring and we need to avoid this. Reasoning from evidence is a certain effort that can be considered a personal evolution practice in its own right.

The Ancient Germanic Universe

Asgard (the city of the Æsir) is a sacred sphere inhabited by gods. It elicits the heavenly structure of the Germanic and Norse tradition. From a macrocosmic perspective this is just one of the spheres while for humans it is a realm that can be viewed as a sacred mountain with five tops.

Ancient Germanic belief held it that a person’s life is an ascent of the Ida mountain. Those who reached the top acquire the state of no-return, i.e. association with the kingdom of gods. To reach it, however, the Idavoll valley must be crossed first. This valley is a resting place for those who travel from the world of the mortals to the spheres of the immortals. This astral town was built by the giants when death came to the planet Earth and humans lost the ability to travel through space. Only their souls conserved this skill provided that the individual was able to focus his consciousness.

The Honey of Poetry

The Honey of poetry or Eostra tantra.

The greatest thing among those who pertain to behavior is a mix of divine saliva and the gift of unification
It consists in harmonizing with the forces of the Universe and consuming a special essence.
It is an essence teaching to absorb the expression and express the absorbed
thus enabling us to reside in a state of ecstatic unification and serve the Highest intention.

The Unfettered Mind

Two notions have paramount importance in the creation of a perfect mind: the pure heart and the pure mind. They encompass the rational and the irrational in human evolution. Yet, essentially, they are unified and reflect either the wholesomeness or the disintegration of the human experience. They are a gathering point of the entire human mindset and either limit us or open a way to the exploration of life. It is related to the idea of the existence of consciousness that gives birth to various phenomena one of which is the human life itself. The ability to interpret is a high level of knowledge, exploration of acts and experiences. This is the foundation of the pure mind.
