The second level is designed to transform the characteristics of the body, to harmonize its impermanent indicators with those, impervious to the influence of time, and to prepare the physics for energetic breathing and alchemic thinking.

- Developing the Alchemic Body (the Twelve systems of internal regulation and the Nine systems of external regulation)
- Making of the One (the Dantian)
- The Art of tendon strengthening
- Purification of the bone marrow
Terms of participation
- Partial attendance is not permitted.
- Audio and video recording devices are not permitted.
- This is a Level 2 seminar that requires special commitment from the participants. Upon approval for attendance, the candidate must confirm his/her participation within a 7-day timeframe.
