The Great Entry

The Great Entry into the practice of the immortal Lu Dongbin is a formula of the realization of motion through stillness. Its goal is to prepare the mind for practices in motion. It is also called ‘Lu Dongbin’s Meditation’ or ‘Taiji Meditation’.

The Way of the Gold and the Cinnabar

The matrix-type scheme of Lu Dongbin is based upon the laws of the spiritual tension. The latter is related to the need to accumulate awareness throughout the entire way of alchemical growth from the initial steps of body restoration and undoing of physical strains to the point of generation of golden cinnabar. The alchemical technology of the Lu Dongbin’s way is referred to as ‘The Way of the Gold and the Cinnabar’ (Jin Dan).

The Taiji Tu scheme is based upon the measure of motion which is trained through a number of specified sequences. Another great way to appreciate the measure of motion is the practice of Taiji Quan itself, which allows the adept to grasp the ‘Three accords’ each of which possesses direction and ability to recover energy.

Thirteen Marvelous Formulas

When we say the Man is an intermediary between Heaven and Earth we mean that there exist a specific geometrical design inherent to the Man as well as an ability to explore and realize the existing. Understanding this in theory means little; this principle should be implemented practically. Furthermore, that, which pertains to the Existence necessarily has conical structure since an angle is required to produce any sort of transformation. The functional, on the other hand, is linear, as it only requires size. There exist only thirteen models of the Existing whereas the models of the functional are innumerable.

Spiritual Might

What is referred to as ‘Spiritual Might’ is the knowledge that leads to the ability to manage mastery. Vice versa, true mastery is spiritual might which means that the art of power transformation has been mastered. To achieve that the Wu-Xing cycle is practiced. It is an internal method that makes our willpower centered and enables us to grasp our nature in a full-bodied fashion.

The Way of the Hidden Heavenly Fencing

The Way of the Hidden Heavenly Fencing is a type of meditation with a sword. It sets us up for alchemical evolution and reclaims the true nature of the sword as an instrument of generation of Golden Cinnabar. The practice generates control and stabilization of the internal effort (the sequences of the Li trigram, Fire, 離) to unveil the secret of the Golden Flower.

The Innermost Spring

‘The Innermost Spring’ or ‘The Heavenly Tension’ is the highest spiritual tension that the adept is to master at the top of his evolution. ‘The Innermost Spring’ is a rhythmic structure that operates by the laws of the cosmic sounding. Here the motion is viewed as a musical instrument that is to be played. The body is viewed as vibration possessing five types of sounding, whereas the speed of movement is conceived through rhythm.
