Problematic Points of Learners

We can pin point four levels of educating:

  1. Level of host – we develop more then we teach
  2. Level of instructor – the task is to instruct
  3. Level of master – a possibility to combine and understand where one should take the learner to
  4. Level of a teacher – here we bring people to a form of awareness that is much deeper then just gaining a mastership.

In practical methods we can reveal problematic points and zones for learners. Regardless of what kind of collective education and how we direct it – from a position of a host, instructor, master or a teacher, we should always understand that no matter how many people there are in the same space, they start to influence that space and every person brings his advantages and disadvantages. The most important in the space  harmony, being in naturalness.

Usually disharmony creates two types of people: ‘passionaries’ – those who come with too much energy, excited, or another one, opposite type – the depressed, for whom it is uncomfortable and unnatural to be in space. It is important to understand how a human should be situated in the space, what actions should be used for creating harmony in a group. For many it is difficult to prepare beforehand and to come already in that quality necessary for harmonious state and correct involvement in the process.

It’s not recommended to start to “build” a human straight away, when his head is God knows where. Don’t break him. The psyche is broken, and as a result a human will not be coming to practices no more. It is necessary to understand that the space of today’s time decreased the will’s effort by tens of percentages.

Today a human is not used to tensing, is not used to express ones personality, today a human only tenses to get some external, and not internal result.

In works with practitioners a process of development and not service should be present, and it should be expressed by us. Particularly this is relevant to people who engage more with energy then with brains. In this case the energy capacity of space increases but that doesn’t mean that ones brains should melt away – it’s vice versa, the brain should be collecting itself together.

First critical point of practitioners – muscles

One of the basic problems is muscles. A human comes with a set of strains on one or another muscle group and so the muscles of a human are either incorrectly, or not built at all, and therefore its impossible to perceive the body as a whole. In this case we should review problems of each individual.

For Example: people often lower their head, meaning that human looks at own actions from within and not from the outside (the supply of energy to the brain is disturbed and as a consequence the reverse internal connection is lost). It is important to follow practitioner’s actions from the start so one wouldn’t put the head down, otherwise control will be lost. Energy will not be supplied or will be supplied irregularly – there may be a strong burst of energy that won’t go back and will create unnecessary pressure in the head.

Second problem – people don’t know how to walk, or to be more precise how to move around and each brings own inertia of movement. If you are teaching a moving practice, then it’s important for a human to rely on the feet, to make him watch after its movement. And regardless a human will not be moving correctly until a certain time.

Third problem – it is important to remember that all people have different body systems. One came over-flexible, another squeezed, a third one has the top developed better then the bottom, and he will find support in upper body parts regardless of what he does, and fourth one has the bottom part developed better then the top part. One should develop that which is less natural for that human, but to take into account that when one starts to develop that which is less natural for him he is risking to stop practicing as one cannot support oneself with the comfortable previously gained characteristics.

The success of a teacher depends on how much we can increase the unit of useful action of a human’s consciousness. Unit of useful action of consciousness  first of all an analysis. Even if we methodically built knowledge but people have perceived the volume, staying in linear perception, then difficulties arise.

Second critical point – tendons

The significance of difficulty depends on how much different muscle groups are stretched out and what is their energetic potential. A big difficulty is if a person is over-flexible – there will be no strength in ones movements, one will be capable only to inertia movements. It is best to have a tensed and under-stretched practitioner then an over-flexible one, because the first only has blocks, but the second one has critical body conditions.

Third critical point – bones

If the skeleton of a person is deformed, then this leads to an inability of finding a support in the body. It is necessary to begin with reviving the spine.

Fourth critical point – consciousness

Obviously all the above points are nothing comparing to the state that your mind is in  greatly mixed up, developed or overdeveloped. Here it is not just a long journey to be taken on towards rehabilitation. It is important to really know how to do it.
