Nourishing the Brain

Today, when humanity has for the most part forgotten how to use the capabilities of the brain, we can claim that its very existence is threatened. Contemporary education and lifestyle have lead mankind to true degradation. And the ones who still try to do something for themselves today, face the most serious challenges regarding the nourishment of their brains.

Brain nourishment is realized through the production of natural and artificial tension, the consumption of liquids, and of course through special practices. And if the first and the third factors are necessarily linked to certain habits, the second one depends on knowledge.

Man's state of mind usually leads him to deception or self-deception. Consequently, people can sell poor-quality products in the guise of good-quality ones, or unnatural goods in the guise of natural ones, thus it's difficult, sometimes even impossible to know your way around the consumer world, for up to 70% of all the products turn out to be harmful for your health in one way or another.

Today people's tastes have already been modified by their lifestyle so it's very difficult to wean them from certain foods towards which they have developed a, so to speak, conditional reflex. However, if we are truly concerned about the state of our brain, we should first and foremost worry about the quality of the drinks we consume. And we should start with water, for it is the beginning of all beginnings.

The British researchers Matthew Kepmton and Ulrich Ettinger from the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College in London believe that lack of water affects our brains and our mental capabilities. Poor-quality liquids do not nourish our brains and can even accelerate the aging process. Moreover, if the body is invovled in excessive and unnatural sweating (e.g. through special bath procedures or excessive physical exercise), the first to suffer is the brain.

Therefore, if we want to develop ourselves correctly, physical exercise should not be related to sweating. Our hearts should be regulated by the rhythm of the exercise, otherwise we'll be draining our brains and developing at their expense muscle groups that our bodies do not need.

In order to maintain and restore our brains, we should use only good-quality liquids, that have the right mineralization and pH level, otherwise the brain tissue will gradually get dehydrated and its resources will be diminished.
