Art of Living in the Effort

‘… Man has lost the ability to live in the effort. Which was preceded by a loss of the link to rhythm.’ If we recover the link to rhythm, shall we also recover the ability to live in the effort? What happens to the people who have managed to recover rhythm but have not succeeded in recovering or developing the art of living in the effort?

Living in the effort is not simply an ability, it is rather a functional property of our mind and energy, as well as an ability of the body to (at least) not interfere with this process. The loss of the effort is above all equivalent to a loss of adequacy of the mind.

The loss of the understanding of the purpose of your life and your direction is equivalent to breaking yourself down into fragments. He who knows the effort will never knowingly lose it. This may occur only under the influence of an external factor.

The effort is not always inscribed in the necessary rhythm, in other words it does not always correspond to the natural harmony. The effort is a test for Man’s relation to himself. It is also a prerequisite for the creation, maintenance or inscription in rhythm. If we do not have the effort, we can still live in rhythm, however in this case the rhythm will remain impervious to Man’s understanding.

We cannot recover rhythm without the effort. What does rhythm recovery amount to? It is a discipline of actions, which determines our basic understanding of the effort.
