‘The Art of Internal Gathering’ is a program based on the alchemical methods of the immortal Cao Guojiu. These are centered around the mastery of internal gathering in motion – a very ancient alchemical practice designed to transform one’s internal energy. In essence, the practice of the Immortal Daoist is a formula of mustering 108 ingredients. During the seminar 27 of them will be gathered to form ‘The elixir of the Hoard-hiding Dragon’.
