Recovery: A Daoist Yoga Camp
Training camps have a special place among the fundamental educational methods because of their potential to yield fast results. This camp will focus on the complex rejuvenation of the human being and will help strengthen one’s body, remove physical and mental lockups and recover the full energetic potential of the participants. What is more, the event will help them understand more thoroughly the objectives of Daoist Yoga as a system for personal evolution.
