Program

The Methodology of Personal Development (Theory)

Any personal evolution should be based upon a method that explains the scheme and the principles of human growth. The main obstacle in this endeavor is the brain without proper mindset since it is unable to grasp even the objectives of the practice.

Developing Concentration (Practice)

The development of concentration is related to the formation of what can be termed a meditative effort or a mental tension. This sort of intension is a crucial prerequisite for the cultivation of the human brain. Any practical result, be it in physical training or in everyday work is dependent upon our ability to generate focus.

Ritual (Practice)

The ritual is a scheme or an outline needed to harmonize us with the world around. It teaches us how to grasp the space as an all-encompassing phenomenon. The ‘Ka Mate! Ka Mate! Ka Ora! Ka Ora!’ Ritual will be introduced in this program. It is also known as the Haka dance. Haka is more than just a ritual of the Maori tribesmen. It is associated with a deep understanding of the world as well as with the art called Moko. Nowadays Moko is more popular as sacred tattooing.

The Sacral Anatomy (Theory, Practice)

What is referred to as ‘sacral anatomy’ is the exploration of the alchemical body. A man needs to study his physical structure in order to understand more clearly the processes of evolution. In doing so he will be able to immerse truly deep into the practice and not merely scratch the surface.

The Anatomy of the Spirit (Theory, Practice)

The notion ‘anatomy of the spirit’ is important to each man who takes the way of development. Understanding the nature of the spirit leads one to the comprehension of both his personal foundation and the laws of existence. Appreciation of one’s spiritual anatomy reveals the pre-natal traits that we come to earth with. It also demonstrates how a man can cultivate these and enhance his personal power. The ‘geometry of the spirit’ is the underlying notion in this study.

The Art of Body Geometry

To appreciate the geometry of the body means to grasp the true nature of the human being. Only through unraveling the geometry of the body can we rid of the superficial modes of development and substitute the broken with full-bodied and replete. The geometrical model of the human anatomy created by the immortal Cheng Tuan on the Hua Shan mountain as well as the thirteen formulas of Taiji will be explored in this section. The Taiji Quan is a profound, well-structured ancient art that demonstrates the spiral of growth: it teaches us how to get rid of physical obstructions and cultivate the body through motion. Having gathered oneself into a unified whole we acquire another form that can be bettered further. This sort of change can be equated to the endlessness of life without struggle or confrontation. Geometry has no enemies except one: the lack of geometry. Yet without appreciating the structure it would be hard to grow further consistently. At best, one could actualize the qualities that one is given from birth.

Power Development (Practice)

Power Development is a section based on Japanese yoga practice also known as Junan Taiso. This is a unique and probably unsurpassed art of power development. Every man uses the notion of power, yet to understand it fully requires an integrated approach that binds together physical and energetic aspects. The art of developing power is based on energy regeneration and this is fundamental to Japanese yoga. Junan Taiso is a Zen-inspired discipline that utilizes the notion ‘measure of strength’. The latter can be described as a sort of spiritual power, so crucial for the way of the samurai. The section includes:

  • The accumulation of mental power and the ‘No-Mind’ concept;
  • Zen meditation;
  • The structuring of strength;
  • The Thirteen marvelous connections.

Rhythmic Division (Practice).

Rhythmic division is another art of power accumulation. This section is based on the eight sequences of Capoeira Angola.

Alchemical Nutrition (Practice)

The idea of alchemical potion (coterminous with the more habitual to the Western mind term ‘Philosophical stone’) has agitated the minds of people around the world for centuries. External alchemical nutrition or the external cinnabar will be examined in this section.
